Darlington -- Mrs. Susan E. Jordan, a former resident of this city died at her home in Frankfort on Monday. She was born near Darlington April 3, 1858 and was united in marriage to John B. Jordan on December 9, 1880. Mrs. Jordan united with the Potato Creek ME Church in 1882 and remained true to her church as long as her health permitted. She is survived by her husband and two sons and one daughter. The sons are Frank and CC Jordan, both of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Gertrude Fudge of Frankfort. Five grandchildren and two sisters also survive. The sisters are Mrs. James Miller of Vincennes and Mrs. John Caves of Bellingham, wash.

Three brothers preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at the Darlington ME Church Thursday morning at 10:30 o'clock with the pastor of that church in charge. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery at Darlington.
